We ran the Wetsern Wanderer which followed the inner harbour for a run of between 30 and 32 k's with Martin's special deviations along the way. The run was a tough 25 k effort that started at Wahroonga ran down to Bobbin Head then came back via the bush trail and roads to the start. The pic was the group including a few extras who ran the 13 k's from Balmoral Beach this morning. This is the groups second effort on this course and it has a well deserved reputation as a tough run. Everybody finished in better shape than i did. Next week only 15 k's on Sunday and even better a 7:00 AM start. The weeks total for this week is only 40, enjoy the taper. Nothing changed at the finish except Louis managed to turn right somewhere when everybody turned left and ended up running just over 40 k's. Julia had arrived late and ran an extra 5 after the group returned. The first 10 k was on 58 minutes including drink stops and it can take this size group ages to take on water. I opted for a short run with 6ft on this weekend as did Wayne and Mohammed.
